@thepotswhisperer: Ever wonder why bending over makes you dizzy, breathless, and gives you that “ringing in your ears” moment? For people with POTS and Dysautonomia, it’s all about blood flow & pressure regulation. When you bend forward, blood pools in your legs and abdomen. Standing back up means your body has to work extra hard to push that blood back to your brain and regulate your heart rate. If your autonomic nervous system isn’t working properly, this delay can cause: ⚡ Sudden lightheadedness ⚡ Shortness of breath ⚡ Ear ringing (from reduced blood flow to the inner ear) ⚡ Feeling like you might faint It’s not “just standing too fast”it’s a sign of how much energy your body spends keeping you upright. #POTS #Dysautonomia #ChronicIllness #AutonomicNervousSystem #FaintingSpells
I have all these symptoms and my dr keeps telling me all my tests are normal so I must be fine. It’s frustrating

I’m going in for test #5 Tuesday. My brain scan is perfect- my other test came back perfect. Now I’m going in to get my heart looked at. What the hell is this? It takes about 30/45 mins sitting still to get back to normal.

It could be hyperthyroidism…or if you have lower abdominal pain on the left side that sometimes can be like strong periods…it could be pelvic congestive syndrome
