I wish it were longer!! I really don’t like I can’t repeat a series that I really liked. Or repeat workouts. Plus I started a few weeks into a new series and was forced into a deload when I wasn’t ready. This program is worth it though lol love the training.

I saw a video of a girl saying she had a realization that when she was walking at the park, all the people she saw running were all really fit people and she realized it’s because they started it and never stopped and it changed her life. People think it’s genetics when they see a fit person working out and it can be but they’re still working to keep that body
