This isn’t true. If you are playing a game, it can use 100% of the bandwidth. If you then startup Zoom, and zoom asks for QoS Reserved Bandwidth, and at that point, Win will throttle to 80% gaming, giving Zoom 20%.

Doing this may cause poor quality voip and wifi calling if you use that. It will also let that machine use all the internet and other devices will suffer

That’s for QOS, it’s supposed to have a limit to help with congestion. If you don’t want a limit then just turn off QOS
