That almost happened once and I had to remind the instructor and everyone in the class turned to look at me and I felt like that kid in school who reminds the teacher that there was homework 🙃 lol but I rather not leave feeling lopsided

As a yoga teacher who JUST did this, I was balling my eyes out until the moment I opened the door for students and having a REALLY rough day. I realized halfway through, and did the same double flow on the other side. We are human too🥹🥹🥹 sorry this happened to you!

instructor here… def happens to the best of us. sometimes we’re on autopilot while teaching & we just forget BUT my students will call me TF out if i do & i’m always thankful 😅

Yes it happens, even to the most seasoned instructors. It shouldn’t be often though especially not from the same instructor. You shouldn’t have to but don’t feel bad about about politely mentioning it during the class so they can fix it. They and the class will appreciate
