You're right. But also several of the creators involved with Chorus are 100% vocal about Palestine and have not changed their behavior prior to or after signing on with any "dark money company" and it frustrates me to see comments like the one you replied to. They don't seem to understand why their behavior is harmful.

People who are upset about "dark money" only want to focus on the billionaires they want to call out, but they forget about the little guy who could face major consequences if their support for a cause is publicized. Billionaires have little to fear from disclosure - that's why many of them brag about the causes they support. It's the rest of us who would suffer if we sacrifice privacy protections on the alter of getting rid of "dark money." Privacy rights are not the problem, unlimited spending by rich people is. I made a video about this if you're interested.

Dr. C , how do I then reconcile with the person from michigan Arab comunity that during the election said "don't vote for Kamala and except to be welcome into my community ", they didn't cost the election true, but that hard stance did fracture things more. It is hard not to feel angry, with everything we see that has happened since. I grant that we have no idea how things would have played out if Kamala had won, but I can't help but think that without the battles we are fighting now like ICE, imigration raids and we could unite and force a meaningful stance on it. Thank you for your perspective

Thank you for the comment about Jewish content creators! I also think the pro-Palestine movement have been cooped by ne0n@zis. People will openly refer to Jewish people via the nose emoji or will even swing to being mustache man apologists saying “maybe he was correct.”
