Easy. This is breakfast. Chocolate makes you feel good. So, you feel happy and go out and do stuff. And whatever it is, you go there by bike. Later on, you go back home biking again.....For lunch you had your bread and cheese and for dinner Stamppot (potatoes and vegetables and maybe a meatball). Because biking and all that running around gives you an appetite but not a lot of time for said lunch and dinner. Therefore Dutch food is ..... well... you know ... simple and boring 😉🙃🤣

I was just visiting my best friend that moved to Amsterdam last week. We drank and ate all day and I lost 1 pound that day because we walked 25k steps 😂.
