I pump for 10 on my eufy and that is good 99% of the time but with the spectra it only takes 5 minutes sometimes Ill wait a min or two after but it doesn’t take long. I get about 8oz a session.

I pumped til the milk stopped flowing and would usually get 2-3 let downs, I would end up pumping 30-45 minutes before not getting anything and stopping.

I have the momcozy pumps that automatically shut off after 30 minutes, I just put them in and try to forget about them until they shut off 😅

30/40 minutes will get me maaaybe 3oz both sides combined. Some of us need to pump that long to be a just(ish)-enough producer😩

I am one of those people lol I have a 40 minute drive to work so I would pump on my drive. Then I could pump again at lunch or around 2 on my way home on the drive again

I pumped 20-30 minutes, every 2-3 hours, produced 1-2 ounces MAX, with nothing left over. I did power pumps for a few days, 20 minutes on, 5-10 minutes off, for an hour+, the most I produced was 6 ounces. Ms. Girl, you must be so blessed 😭

30 minute pump sessions here and I typically get about 5-6 letdowns per session. If I pumped for only 5 minutes, I would be pumping MAYBE 3oz. Gotta get my full 6-7oz. 😂

I was told by my lactation consultant 15 minutes, 20 max. She said she'd rather see shorter pumps more frequently instead of longer pumps further apart

I’m an oversupplier with a high storage capacity. I EBF but pump 2x a day for extra milk in the freezer and to donate. I pump for 30 minutes in the morning and I pump for 60 minutes (30m, 10-15m break, 30m) at night before bed.

I started out pumping for 15 minutes but now I pump for 30 minutes. You should never do more than 30 minutes.

i get 3 letdowns by 15 mins then pump another 5 mins to keep my supply up. (coming from someone who pumps at least 10oz every 3 hours)
