I flipped the last one within the 1st 10 minutes it opened and got no notification. I'm not sure I've read anybody getting restricted, seems like it's just a statement RH puts out to try and discourage it but there's no legality to it so they can't enforce it

while I was in Figma IPO I was restricted from selling due to high volatility but very quickly got the ability back

The key word is MAY be restricted. I flipped and had no problem buying. But what you can do, set up an account on another brokerage like Sofi, or webull and alternate IPO purchases. They don’t communicate with one another.

They only give you a message for restriction when trying to sell the shares you got filled. If you place a limit order those shares are not subject to restriction

They can restrict… but they won’t. If there’s not any regulatory policies that force RH to restrict users for IPO flipping then they have no reason to slow down their users trading volume that boost revenues.

There’s a lot traders on here that trades huge amounts on IPOs He trades on three platforms and he has never been banned. They have invested in the last six. I know when I sold on Robin Hood it gave me a warning, but they allowed me to buy again in less than a month I don’t know. Maybe they won’t give me shares. I have no idea.
