It sets a clear condition: Marrying more than one is only allowed if you can treat them all justly. 2. It gives a direct instruction: If you fear injustice, then marry only one. 3. It protects women’s rights: Justice includes emotional, financial, and time fairness all of which are very hard to balance equally. 4. It guides toward monogamy as the default or safer path for most people.

many companions had 2 , 3 , 4 wives , especially those who were widowers or divorce thereby assisting those women in raising their kids .so if you can assist like that and be fair it's better to marry 1 she says
