When I say my prayers at night I always remember to ask God to never let me get a pilonidal cyst

Never have cysts removed surgically! Hear me out. I’ve had this too. Honestly, the worst pain I’ve ever felt! For two weeks I couldn’t walk, sit, or lie down. It was just terrible.
However, I refused to have it surgically removed, so I went looking for a natural alternative. Literally two days later it was gone and it has never come back!
This is what I did: I sat in a small children’s bathtub filled with water and (cleaning) soda, and afterwards I applied tea tree oil to the cyst. The next day I repeated that process. After 2 days it opened up on its own and I literally felt the “water” running down my leg. Then I sat in such a bath again and it flushed everything out. The pain disappeared immediately.
I continued applying tea tree oil for a few more days to disinfect it. Mind you, the doctor told me that if I didn’t have it surgically removed, it would always keep coming back. It’s now 10 years later and I haven’t had a problem since.

I don‘t doubt that it is extremely painful, but if this was a common issue in women, they‘d call the women dramatic and dissmiss this being as painful as it actually is. Pain is only taken seriously if patients are male.

I am a woman. I sit a lot for my job. I might have one. Getting a surgeon consult next week 😳😳😳. Do they put you under anesthesia for the surgery?

I had one, it took a 5 hour surgery first and over the course of 3 years i got 4 other surgeries for it and to this day I still have problems with it sometimes and im no longer able to run properly, do sit ups, and go swimming. It's responsible for the most painful I've ever experienced and now I have a counselor because the constant time I spent in the hospital gave me PTSD and im in constant fear it will come back and I'll be bed ridden again
