Man its always hard as hell to watch. This even exposed so many short comings, flaws and overlooked possibilities. One is a better escape system where every floor has an escape room. in it have several large spools of some kind of cable or rope or strap. Have a harness to put on, hook to a cable and jump. The spool can have a speed governor that is set up to apply a brake in proportion to the ground so people stop slow. Then once the people are out it can wind up and another person could escape.

Poor dispatcher no they yelled at someone and I get it was a busy day look at stay where you are got them so no those people were in fear and wanted help to survive and an update could have lied could have done better then that
