Over a year ago I played persona 3 and I genuinely think I wouldn't be here if I hadn't. My mental health was lower than ever, I hadn't talked to anyone for months on end, but a year later I'm still here and doing better than ever thanks to this game. While I didn't get better immediately, I started reaching out to people again and started to feel better about myself. September is national prevention month, but that doesn't mean that you should ignore anyone who's depressed and whatnot. Talk to your friends and family every now and then, make sure they're doing alright, as well as making sure you're alright as well.
