As an installer you have to give them 30 days if you sold them the tv anything after that Samsung has to step in

Lg C series have been the best for me ive had them since 2018 and they have all been the best tvs for me way better than samsung. I had a c8 a c1 and c2 now i have a c4 and the picture quality is amazing. I used to be a samsung fan all the way but a salesman changed my mind and im glad he did because i wont buy another tv brand. The other tvs burned down on a house fire. I never had any issues with LG.
