Someone could have seen yall moving out and checked the door when yall left, it’s really crappy to be charged the fee but def should have left the door girl. She probably didn’t want to deal with the police report and knew maintenance would clean out the unit. So many people leave units so messed up

I moved out somewhere a month ago. I was scared to leave anything. Not about to charge me and I’ve had hella problems the last 3 years since living there lol. They try to charge you over small things. I got a check back. That’s how good I cleaned lol
