✨Milia Menu✨ Pick and choose from each category as needed - this was my skin in 2019 This is like a ✨milia menu✨ Don’t use all of these at once but pick from each category, if needed. These are some of my favorites that I have used over the years. But first- it’s really important to have a professional tell you the “hard white bumps” on your face actually are Milia or (millium for plural but I’m just going to say Milia) - White bumps can also be a sign for another health condition so confirm it’s actually milia first Retinol- I added this into my routine first. It took months for my skin to adapt. This did not offer an “overnight makeover” but took time. After 2 months I added in an exfoliant - I used this on nights that I did NOT use retinol. This really helped! I was able to see results and had less milia coming in till eventually they didn’t show up anymore Eye area - using a retinol eye cream was really helpful- in the picture I don’t have any visible bumps. - Heavy creams can also cause milia Overall health changes- During this time I also found out I had an allergy to gluten and also had low B12 levels. I also feel like making health and diet changes also contributed to my skin improving. Bottom line- absolutely have a professional look at your skin (if possible). Milia is a marathon and some people are prone to milia while others have never had it. Babies often have this and it goes away on its own. #skincareroutine #skintok #milia #acnetips
