OMGG mannnn am I annoyed at you facilitators, practitioners, event organisers, and here's why... I keep hearing about disabled people putting in so much effort to attend tantra events, yoga workshops, wellness spaces, etc. Only to get there and find out that the tutor or the setup hasn’t even thought about accessibility, whether thats verbal or physical. And yet these same events often get advertised as 'inclusive.' Inclusive for who?????? Because if disabled people can’t actually participate fully, then it’s not inclusive, it’s just a 'woke word'. Accessibility isn’t optional or extra. It’s a basic part of creating spaces where everyone belongs. Disabled people shouldn’t have to push themselves twice as hard just to be excluded when they arrive. Event organisers: if you’re going to call your space inclusive, then do the work to actually make so! Cmon guys, we can do so much better than this. Small tweaks to our vocabulary & workshops can make disabled people feel SO much more included ❤️ #fypppppppppppppp #fyp #foryoupage❤️❤️ #fyppp #foryou
