Unfortunately both sides do that and both parties hope for it. Constituents need to start holding politicians accountable for their promises and not worry about which side proposed a bill

if you sit there and tell people only vote your team you're in the wrong. and to you who thinks the two party system sucks, remember there's other candidates. independents and whatnot you can always vote for them too. the only reason you think they can't win is because you forgot they can.
