My theory is that he left the hunters because he’s dying of a brain tumor (the nosebleeds) and that’s why he’s been adamant his brother get adopted by a family. Jett is trying to bring him back which is why Punn didn’t seem thrilled to see him when he recommended him to repair the painting. They’re also exes.

I knew from the start of this episode that Punn is the fifth hunter, because there was no one else shown in the series. Only Methus, Ciar, and Mekin appeared, but they couldn’t be hunters since they are vampires. The only one left was Punn. Also, I remembered when Jet called him and said, “Please help, it will be the last time.” I didn’t understand it back then, but now I do.

I wouldn't be surprised that he knows Jett and Elise. They were the ones who recommended him to fix the painting. Granted we don't know why his picture would be in the hunters lair but why is Punn having dreams about Ramil if his goal is to hunt him down.

I also have a theory that ciar has a crush on ramil, they said he wanted to be the one to free ramil but ramil didn't let him do it so he's upset and refused to listen to ramil but the thing is if somebody were to free ramil that person will be his eternal lover I think, and everybody knows that so even after knowing that fact ciar still wants to be the one to free ramil? I know that sounds a bit crazy and nonsense but that's like my main conspiracy right now.
