I’m walking on the treadmill as well. I have MS and really need to strengthen my legs and lower back. So I bought a walking pad from a TikTok shop. I began at 5 minutes and every week I try to do more. I’m now up to 30 minutes most days (I have to hang on to the rails and only 1 mile an hour). Most days it’s hard getting started, but I’m always happy I did after it’s done. It feels good. Watching TikTok or YouTube videos while walking helps the time go by. Next week I plan to raise the speed to 1.5 mph. Yay for us both. 😊
