From someone who has had it both feet, get you a suction cup (like cupping) from Amazon. Use it every night for 10-15 minutes and this helps long term with recovery. The tape is helpful but most can’t apply themselves so not really helpful

I got this suddenly, I have high arches,however I have very bad knee and hip pain ( arthritis but I've to get blood tests and more X-rays).Also is there any evidence that you can get bouts of this due to stress? Can I get this tape in a Pharmacy?
