What ?!?! We cannulate patients who’ve been on the vent for months. Hell I had a patient with was Covid and was on ECMO for 4 months.

I had Covid January 2024 I also had pneumonia my lung collapsed and I had be vented and transferred to another hospital and put in icu with the grace of god I finally got off the vent and had to be sent to rehab to strengthen my body to do all the daily activities I could no longer do it’s been a struggle and now I still have bad days and get short of breath we are miracles so glad your doing good we are so blessed to still be here.❤️🙏
