I'm a pre k teacher but I could NEVER do them early pre k 3's. Nope. I'm older pre k. I'm the last line of defense before they go to kinder. After the first 3 months I'm already planning they graduation cuz I'm already ready for them feralicious chirren to be the public schools problem 🤣🤣 But in all honesty I love what I do.

Daycares will legit hire anyone 😭 I graduated with an early childhood degree and the first job I applied to told me I had all my qualifications, would do the state paperwork for me, & put me as a lead in an infant room. By the time I figured out they were full of it I actually had my hours and my license was issued. They also lied about all our state regs and had us out of ratio every day
