I make this once in a great while. There is only 2 of us empty nesters now. We have a large family and most of them truly enjoy Alfredo. My hubby only likes white meat fowl chicken and turkey. We ate so much pasta while we were raising our family because it’s a good source to fill bellies and cheap. My question is does the sauce freeze well and for how long? What media is best to store it in? I have glass and plastic wear of high quality and of corse zip lock bags. If I knew it keeps well i could meal prep a couple days a week and make life easier healthier and cost effective again. Nana to 9 and have teenage boys who love to make me work!
