This has been a dream 10 years in the making! We started the process of trying to buy this house in August of last year and finally closed February of 2025. We had many issues with the heating system, AC, humidity, bureaucracy with the city, banks, mortgage application, contractors and supply chain. It was so much work and effort but thankfully we had some key people that really helped make this project a reality (shoutout to the previous owner, our mortgage loan officer and my best friend Diego who helped managed the property when I was away). I’m so excited to share this project with you! Caleta Club is a 4 bedroom (sleeps 8), 3.5 bath, art space, office space, rooftop villa located in the heart of Cadiz. We are only an 8 minute walk from the beach and a hop and skip away from nearby coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars! Caleta Club is part vacation rental and part artist residency. We are open to the public for renting on airbnb, booking.com and VRBO as of today although I’m currently mapping out timelines to welcome up to 4 artists at a time for a 3 week artist residency next fall.
