Not Prioritizing Sleep Late nights, scrolling, caffeine too late... all killed my recovery. I started going to bed earlier, got off screens before sleep, and saw huge changes in energy and fat loss. 5. Weekend Binging I used to be „on“ all week, then lose it Friday-Sunday. Now I stay consistent every day, and if I go out, I plan ahead and stay in control. 6. Drinking Calories Smoothies, alcohol, fancy coffees, even juices, all sneaky ways to spike calories. I switched to water, black coffee, and zero-cal drinks. Game changer. 7. Chasing the Pump, Not Progress l used to train to feel a burn.
