Who can resist the irresistible flavours of Nando’s. I know I can’t. I’ve recreated these Nando’s style Creamy Peri -Peri wings in a spicy, tangy and creamy sauce. You can use this recipe for chicken pieces as well, it’s so good. Enjoy. Ingredients: For the Marinade: - 1 kg chicken wings  - 1/4 cup Portuguese seasoning @weberbraaisa  - 2 tbsp lemon juice - 3 tbsp Nando’s sauce - 2 tbsp honey - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp smoked paprika - Salt and pepper to taste For the Creamy Sauce: - 1 tbsp butter - 1/2 cup cream - 3 tbsp Nando’s sauce Instructions: 1. Marinade Preparation:  - In a bowl, combine Portuguese seasoning, lemon juice, Nando’s sauce, honey, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.  - Mix well.  - Coat the chicken wings evenly with the marinade.  - Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor. 2. Air Fryer Cooking:  - Set the air fryer to 200°C.  - Place the marinated wings in the air fryer basket.  - Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked. 3. Creamy Sauce Preparation:  - In a saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter over low heat.  - Stir in cream and 3 tbsp Nando’s sauce.  - Simmer until well combined and slightly thickened. 4. Optional Braai (Grill) Cooking:  - Preheat the grill to medium-high (around 200°C).  - Grill the marinated wings for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred. 5. Optional Oven Cooking:  - Preheat the oven to 200°C.  - Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until crispy, turning once.
