constant communication with you getting me nowhere. I was charged to RECEIVE my parcel, £7, because royal mail withheld it as "sender didnt pay postage" . I asked for this to be refunded on top of the package that I returned being refunded. I have been asked MULTIPLE times to provide where I paid for the RRTURN. I have replied MULTIPLE times I paid to RECEIVE, not to RETURN. Finally thought id got through to the people as I received a refund. The refund was just for the returned items NOT the money I paid before I even got the parcel. Awful customer service and the Long trousers were ankle swingers on my 5'9 self. Thin too. AWFUL company.
