@cspanofficial: White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Tuesday continued to deny the authenticity of a letter allegedly written by President Trump to disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in 2003.   "The president did not write that letter. He did not sign those documents. He maintains that position, and that position will be argued in court by his lawyers," she told reporters.   The letter, included as part of a birthday book for Mr. Epstein, was released Monday by the GOP-led House Oversight Committee, which subpoenaed the documents from Mr. Epstein's estate.   The Wall Street Journal first reported on the existence of the letter, which accompanied a drawing of a nude woman, in July and was subsequently sued by President Trump for defamation.   Ms. Leavitt maintained that the president wasn't involved in the birthday book and that the "Donald" signature was inauthentic.   "The president has one of the most famous signatures in the world, and he has for many, many years," she said.   Watch more by tapping the link in our bio. #epstein #whitehouse #cspan
