I am a transplant recipient as of a year and a half ago. I’ve had three kidney biopsies. He will bounce right back and won’t even know that he had one and I have hundred percent agree with your decision to have the biopsy before you continue treatment because the only way where they called the gold standard is a biopsy to know really what’s going on with the kidney.

SWEET BOY! The biopsy is THE move! Yes! My daughter has FSGS (Stage 2 Nephrotic Syndrome) and she’s had many biopsies, so he’s going to do great and he’ll bounce back in no time!! I pray pray pray it’s still just minimal

Kidney biopsy should be a fairly easy recovery! I’ve had several and never had issues or pain after. I know it’s different for kids but I imagine it would be similar. Kidney health is serious so good for you demanding answers. I’m on dialysis waiting for a transplant and it’s not fun. Thank you for advocating for him and taking it seriously ❤️
