the real question is why did they change the name from department of war? like it was a solid good name. like why did we change it to begin with from department of war? because that was its original name. it's just going back to its roots and remembering who it was. it wanted its name back.

Because War is what we do. Like the Army War College, Naval War College... etc. it aint defense, he just called it what it really is.

My dad used to work in our rural fire service. In a 5 year term and three government, and 5 ministers, they were renamed twice, restructured three times, and had a new logo designed. The restructuring alone was estimated at 1mill per. And this is one state in Australia. The actual cost for DoD to rebrand must be crazy. But you do you hey. Not like the army to waste money
