Never seen morning short staffed in my store but closing hahah try noon to close two people and one is a highschooler that ain’t showing up till 3:30 how do you take a break being the only body in the store

it's not that people are taking jobs , i'm a dunkin worker and they cut our hours . dunkin is actually a lot of work and we get paid trash then not enough hours . they refuse to make us full time so we can't even have access to the benefits

Dunkin employee here & I totally agree. I also would like more than one midshift worker on the weekends. Nights can be rough & when you only have 2 others working 🤦🏼♀

We have two openers! And a 3rd at 5am and two more by 6 and another one by 7 and we have two ppl opening for safety reasons! Idk how some DD have one opener

Depends on the boss tbh… 3 out of 4 of the locations I worked at always had 2 or 3 from 4/5-6 & at least 5 after 6am
