I've been an IBCCES member for a few years, I just renewed my yearly account, last month. I have a digital card, like before. but they never mailed me a physical card. I didn't even know a physical card was a thing.

I literally went in talked to the customer service person. Told them why I needed the pass they gave it to me. I didn’t have to do anything on line or anything. This was universal Orlando in the islands of the adventure side

They mail you a physical card? Or email? I never got a phone call. I had to go and have an in person interview because I assumed they’d call and when they didn’t I forgot about that part until I got to the park.
