@myenglishcountrycottage: September sunshine and sunflowers. The weather report is unfavourable and being rather rude (there is a lot of rain in the forecast) so I am wringing every last second out of this glorious sunshine. I was even grateful for the extra early alarm today (my daughter is off on a British Museum/ Matilda mash up in London…I am not entirely sure how the two are related but I expect she will have a wonderful time). This gave me a whole extra wonderful hour to entirely exploit the Autumn light, enjoy a final washing line whoop and play with the gorgeous Freddie’s Flowers delivery so thank you unusually paired school trip!
