Your best squat stance might even change over time depending on mobility increasing or decreasing 🤷🏻‍♂️ So, if you’re struggling with finding the right stance for YOU- we challenge you to try messing around with the width and angle of your feet (it’s a process)🔥 Start with your legs shoulder width apart. Do you knees cave in❓Do you feel limited❓Stand back up. Let’s try again. If your tight groins are causing your knees to cave in, consider taking a narrower stance and pointing your toes out a bit more.
