Shocked at the customer service from these, cancelled our flight so we booked another flight 2 days later. Was told we would get a refund on the days we missed on our holiday and have been offered a paltry 80 pound per night for 4 people per night. Total price of 10 day holiday £2800 for 4, was told it included transfers and accommodation which was 25 minutes away from airport. In total shock whatever you do dont book with these, was told they would respond to initial claim sent on the 9th august, had an automated email saying the would respond in 14 days, they responded today. And this is only half of it, the complaint about accommodation, pool closure and no sunbeds due to them been used has a makeshift barrier to stop people using the pool, late return transfer and unable to contact anyone. Can't beat a jet2 holiday im sure anyone can.
