This is the result of long term narcissistic abuse on the brain. It causes brain damage to the victim. Being in a constant state of fight or flight your hypo-campus shrinks. For people who are going to say she should have left.. this is just like stalkholme syndrome or joining a cult. The victim has been conditioned it’s almost impossible for them to leave on their own. They have lost their identity the changes in the brain have shifted to primal survival due to high cortisol levels. She needs help.
