I love entering the flow state but once I realize I'm in the state, the state goes away. 😭

in my psych class we learned that if you listen to a sound, like a bell while studying and then listen to that bell while sleeping apparently it recognises that and can help you move the info you were studying out of short term memory and into long term memory
