@aliciae6: Abs are built on the gym and revealed in the kitchen. Work your abs like you do your other muscles. Work them 2-3 days a week 2-3 weighted movements. Give them 48 hours rest in between. In women, abs will typically begin reveal in the low 20’s bodyfat % but this can vary depending on where you naturally carry more fat on your body. My abs have just continued to become more and more defined in my 50’s which has blown my own mind! I’m very dedicated to my training and nutrition!
