@whithemp: Today we all joined in prayer for a miracle. This man was a father, a husband, a son. Someone took him from all of that, and for what? Your argument you couldn’t rebuttal? As a mother, this hits home. I teach my kids to speak up for themselves, to voice exactly their opinions. They do not argue, they give facts. Which is exactly what Charlie Kirk did. He is a God fearing man, who did not only speak to Christians, but sided with everyone. If he didn’t agree, he didn’t ever argue, he spoke pure facts, including Biblical facts. My kids are very outspoken in life, and know more about politics than most adults. My heart is heavy. We teach our kids that freedom of speech is what you should live by, yet we fear that doing this, you could lose your life? This is a scary world we live in, and I continue to pray that God protects my children. They are stubborn, strong-willed, and will fight for their speech and beliefs. So tonight, we all say a prayer for the Kirk family. May his children grow up to know how much of an impact he made in this world, and his wife continue his legacy. They may think that they silenced the world, but they truly created a voice.
