I go on December 18 to get evaluated for BPD. I’ve been through a lot of past trauma, and I am finally in a relationship with somebody who really truly loves me and I am so scared to death that I’m going to ruin it because of my overthinking and because I feel alone when I’m not really alone, even just doing my own thing and not being around her Makes my mind go crazy. I need help and I want to fix this because she is the only person that I wanna spend the rest of my life with

It really sucks when your partner doesn't understand it or know how's to deal with it and just feels like you are trying to be toxic or you dont want the relationship as much as they do and its constant fights and battles and it feels like you guys are against eachother

My partner may have BPD and seeing this broke my heart. The way I react by getting upset or frustrated when he splits not knowing this is going through his head. I feel like the worst partner for not understanding.

Why the splitting tho? Even tho we are having a lil one and marriage etc coming so im wondering what triggers the splitting as you mention because im learning more and more about it to help her everyday the best I can and to understand but I need opinions and personal experiences
