I don't know if they were military trained but even a good hunter could make that shot. A military shooter usually goes center mass or head. Hunters are more often neck shots. Guess we'll find out.

I can’t imagine a professional sniper doing professional work, surely they wouldn’t make a precession hit, people would question it, 200 yards away through a crowd, that’s not an amateur hunter.
