Omg my period before pregnancy was 3-5 days and I also never got cramps. But now my periods are 7+ days and the cramps hurtttt. Mine are also heavier now.

Before pregnancy my period it was 5 days I’m 3 m pp and my first period was 3 days my last one was 12 days now I’m 3 days late so well see what happens with that but the cramps are 100x worse

mine are so much longer now but they’re SOOOO much lighter. like i very rarely have to wear anything, i mostly only “bleed” when i wipe. but they last for 7-9 days 😭

Look into endometriosis!! Your pre pregnancy periods sound a lot like mine with endometriosis and it tends to lessen for a while after pregnancy. Worth looking into!

hey girl i have smth to say abt the cramps, i’ve never been pregnant BUT i think i know why your cramps are gone. if you used tampons before you got period the could be possibly why they were so intense because tampons have some chemicals that’s make cramps worse. i had the same problem and im now using organic tampons which help. anyways and i think now they are as bad bc you might using pads instead. and if none of this is true for you then idk 😭😭 just thought to put in my two cents cs i never knew that about tampons and i would genuinely have horrible cramps.

DISCLAIMER IF YOU BREASTFEED AND TAKE BIRTH CONTROL do not be surprised if your cycles are all out of wack , you can either not get one at all or be on it for like two weeks straight , I had so many appointments just to find out it was the bc 😂
