not many realise that you fill half way then expel the air at the other half and put bung in and it can't ever burst I've been doing this for 30 years and no issues you either know or you don't know.

I have both an normal hot water bottle and one of these i use the normal one around the home but I use the one in the video while out just because it means I can just stop somewhere and plug it in to keep it warm
