to everyone that keeps saying “its not a seal its a sea lion” first off seals include everything in the pinniped clave including walruses. The fur seal is an EARED seal similar to a sea lion. The term “true seal” is just a name referencing a specific type of seal: the phocinae. Its just that, just a colloquial name. Not an official term.
