@issydoesfitness: I have never been naturally flexible in any way and I have zero background in gymnastics or any competitive sport😅I am definitely quite a beginner in this journey … I aiming to just get more mobility in general but in particular the hips. My goal is to be able to do the front splits in a years time and increase my range of motion in my hips. hmm I got super flexible when much older after recovering from paralysis in my 40s . Now I can do over splits and sometimes work as a circus contortionist. I use a special technique though. good luck. blissings 🙏🙏🙏🙏
