Jay Z contributed more to hip hop than any other rapper on the list, taking him out automatically eliminates Kanye, J Cole, Riri, Bleek, which automatically takes out, Big Sean, Pusha T, JiD, Earth Gang, Bas.. etc.. so the ripple effect technically hurts hip hop if you’re also considering the Co signs and people he put on..
