Correction the skins buffing your damage is actually true but you had your skins being bought already so its still gives a biff even when your not using your skin!

Chou part is true actually but there is one thing about Franco. Franco hook has two states. Stun and damage first and then pull. In the video you only use it for the stun part but not the pull one. That's why resilience builds matter on Chou to reduce control time of stun so you can use 2nd skill to immune against the pull part. It's quite easy to notice in damage builds Franco when he pulls Hanbi during her 1st skill's shield is active and she gets pulled by that.. Because the stun and damage come first and that damage destroyed her shield so she can't immune against the pull part. Overall what I want to say is that Franco hook is two staged CC and you have to use Chou 2nd skill after the first stage not at the same time.
