Number 1 isn’t a suction. It’s for double pumping. You need it on 1 for single pumping. This is on instruction book.

I just saw someone else post saying that 1 and 2 is referring to how many cups you are using, not suction! So if you just have one cup on it needs to be on 1

I seen somebody saying that the 1&2 was for of you got another tubing and collection cup to double pump maybe? I may be wrong but I think that’s what I seen another mama say.

I HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM. It’s happened multiple times to me. Sooo unfortunate.. Willow basically told me my let down is to strong or I’m holding it to long. They should disclose that if you have a strong let down, don’t buy this product. The 1 suction is not strong enough for me either to get it all out. The medela pumps are far better with strength and such. I WANT TO LOVE THIS PRODUCT but can’t 😓😭
