Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Add the white caster sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to the melted chocolate. Mix well. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition. Sift the flour and cocoa powder over the mixture and gently fold it in until well combined. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper, and spread the white chocolate pieces evenly over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top and smooth it out. Place the brownie in a preheated oven at 175 ℃ (350 ℉) and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the brownie is cooked through. Keep a close eye on the baking time, as every oven works differently. Allow the brownie to cool completely. Once cooled, cut the brownie into equal pieces. Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler. Chop the hazelnuts into small pieces and add them to the melted milk chocolate. Mix well. Dip the brownie pieces into the chocolate mixture and place them on a sheet of parchment paper.
