2-USA is huge and Europe so close it’s like jumping states in America or you not good at geography clearly ? Also USA is a baby of a nation compared to the UK. But according to Pinocchio Trump that’s not true either

NHS in the uk isn't free its a myth everyone thinks that, we pay national insurance contributions which covers Healthcare and costs more than it would to pay private, but if you pay for private Healthcare you still have to pay national insurance

NHS is definitely not free. We all have to pay for it. There is also a postcode lottery. The NHS is badly run and you wait months for a doctor and hospital appointments.
